Running Backs Coach

Trevor Thomas is entering his 2nd season on the coaching staff at Coahulla Creek.
He is a graduate of Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee, where he earned a degree in Business Management. While attending Maryville, Trevor played football for the Fighting Scots as quarterback, and as a specialist player. He was recognized 3 times as USA South’s Rookie of the Week, 4 times Player of the Week, and 3 times Special Teams Player of the Week. He was nominated team captain, and is proud to have been a part of the Maryville Scots USA South Conference Champions in 2018. Trevor is from Rome, Georgia, where he graduated from Pepperell High School. He was a multi-sport athlete, playing football and baseball for the Dragons. He was awarded Region 7-AA First Team Quarterback 3 times, and Region 7-AA First Team Centerfielder 3 times, GHSA-AA Classification Honorable Mention All-State QB, GHSA-AA Second-Team All-State Centerfielder, and 7-AA Offensive Player of the Year. He served as team captain in football and Baseball.
Coach Thomas teaches Business classes at CCHS. He feels incredibly blessed to share his love for the game and the ability to make a positive impact with young people!
