Running Backs Coach

Coach Will Douglas begins his football coaching career the same place he ended his football playing career, The Creek. He played a vital role in helping build the Colts’ football program up as a player.

Will is tied for school records for most career fumble recoveries, and career forced fumbles, and ranks 4th all-time in career tackles. He was a First Team All-Region selection in 2022, and Second Team All-Region selection in 2021. Will was the team’s leading tackler in 2022 (the first playoff team in program history).

Coach Douglas is the son of Lindsay and Brad, and brother to Tyler (#12 on the team), and Levi.
